4court is operated by MONEXAPPS LTD, a UK-registered company. This page explains how a person can request deletion of their personal data held in or processed by the 4court platform.
1. If you are a customer of a dealership using 4court
Your contact details and message history (including WhatsApp, email and live-chat conversations) are held by the dealership you contacted. They are the data controller for that information. To have your data deleted:
- Contact the dealership directly — they can delete your record from their 4court inbox immediately.
- Or write to us at privacy@4court.autos and we will forward your request to the dealership and confirm completion within 30 days.
2. If you are a dealership user of 4court
To delete your account and all personal data we hold about you:
- Sign in to your 4court admin and go to Settings → Team, then remove your user account.
- Or write to us at privacy@4court.autos requesting deletion of your account.
- For full deletion of your dealership’s account and all associated data, email privacy@4court.autos from your registered admin email address.
3. Data deleted via WhatsApp / Meta integrations
Where a dealership has connected their WhatsApp Business Account to 4court via Meta’s Embedded Signup, message data flows from the customer to the dealership’s 4court inbox. When you delete a conversation or customer record in 4court, the corresponding message data is removed from our systems within 30 days. We do not retain Meta-provided Platform Data after deletion.
4. What happens after a deletion request
- We confirm receipt within 7 days.
- We complete deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR timelines.
- Soft-deleted records are removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups within 90 days.
- Audit-only data (timestamps, anonymised event records) may be retained where required by motor-trade compliance regulations.
