These terms apply to your use of Forecourt. By signing up you agree to them on behalf of your dealership.
Forecourt provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for car dealerships — website hosting, stock management, lead pipeline, finance tooling, and classified feed distribution. Features vary by plan.
Trials are 14 days. After trial, billing runs monthly via Stripe in advance. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain full ownership of everything you upload — stock, photos, leads, descriptions. You grant us the licence required to host it, process it, and distribute it to the classified feeds you’ve configured.
Don’t list vehicles you don’t own or have authority to sell. Don’t misrepresent vehicles. Don’t use the platform to send unlawful marketing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that cause harm to the platform or third parties.
SLAs vary by plan (99.5% Pro, 99.9% Business, 99.95% Enterprise — last 90-day rolling). Support channels are documented on the pricing page.
Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
